🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes protein muffin mix (any flavor — try chocolate chip, blueberry, or cinnamon oat)
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (like Oikos Triple Zero or Two Good)
  • 1 cup Core Power Light or another low-fat protein shake (vanilla or chocolate flavor)

🔹 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Pour evenly into 12 lined muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 23–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
