This keto-friendly Crustless Pizza Bake delivers the taste of a fully loaded pizza without the carbs from crust or added fillers. It layers seasoned ground meat, sugar-free pizza sauce, low-carb vegetables, and plenty of melty mozzarella. The bake comes out bubbly, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying—perfect for meal prep or an easy weeknight dinner.
The toppings can be customized to stay keto: olives, mushrooms, green peppers, pepperoni, sausage, spinach, or banana pepper rings. This recipe is designed to keep net carbs extremely low per serving while maximizing flavor and fat for sustained energy on keto.

Instructions

Brown the sausage or beef in a skillet with onion and garlic. Drain excess grease if needed.
