Instructions

I took the carb smart hotdog buns, and sliced them into the pieces you see in the photo.

Dipped the bread pieces into a scrambled up egg and cooked on the stove as usual.

I used the cooking spray over them so they didn’t dry out as they were cooking. And then used 1/4 a cup of SF syrup!

Ingredients
Great Value Sugar free maple flavored syrup
1/4 cup s
Nellie’s Free Range Fresh large brown grade A egg s
1 egg s
Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart Hot dog b…
2 bun s
Cooking spray
Instructions
