Ingredients

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Melt mozzarella + cream cheese together (microwave 30–45 sec, stir until smooth).

  2. Mix in almond flour, egg, and salt.

  3. Knead until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Roll between parchment paper to about ⅛ inch thick.

  5. Cut circles (4–5 inches wide).


🔹 Filling (Classic Beef – customize as you like)

Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef

  • ¼ small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: olives, boiled egg, or a little sugar-free tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Brown beef with onion and garlic.

  2. Season and let cool slightly.

  1. Add 1–2 tbsp filling to each dough circle.

  2. Fold, seal edges (crimp with fork).

  3. Brush with egg wash.

  4. Bake at 375°F / 190°C for 12–15 minutes until golden.

  • Keep dough warm—reheat briefly if it cracks.

  • Don’t overfill.

  • Air fryer option: 350°F for 8–10 minutes
