High-Protein • Gluten-Free • Ready in 20 Minutes

🥣 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1½ cups low-carb marinara sauce (no added sugar)

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup shredded provolone or cheddar

  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage

  • ¼ cup pepperoni slices

  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

  • ¼ cup bell peppers or olives (optional)

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Oven Method
