- 2 medium potatoes (russet or Yukon gold)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1–2 tbsp  olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prep potatoes
- Wash and cut into thin slices or small cubes.
- Rinse under cold water to remove starch.
- Pat very dry (this = crispiness).
- Season
- Toss potatoes and onions with olive oil and seasonings.
- Air fry
- Preheat air  fryer to 200°C / 400°F.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer.
- Cook 10 minutes, shake.
- Cook 8–12 more minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy.

- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch (secret crisp trick)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Parboil potatoes
- Boil potato cubes 5 minutes, drain, and dry well.
- Crisp prep
- Toss potatoes with cornstarch, oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Air fry
- Cook at 200°C / 400°F for 12 minutes.
- Shake and add onions.
- Cook another 10–15 minutes until crispy.
 Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Fried Potatoes
- Dry potatoes well (key to crispiness)
- Don’t overcrowd the basket
- Shake halfway through
- Add onions after potatoes start browning so they don’t burn
