Nacho Platter
🌽 Ingredients (serves 3–4)

1 large bag tortilla chips

1½ cups nacho cheese sauce
(or vegan cheese sauce) -
1 cup cooked black beans or kidney beans

½ cup sweet corn
-
1 small tomato, diced

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño, sliced (optional)

½ cup guacamole or sliced avocado
-
½ cup salsa
-
2 tbsp chopped coriander (cilantro)
Optional toppings: olives, bell peppers, spring onions, chili flakes
🍳 Instructions

Warm chips (optional)
Lightly warm tortilla chips in the oven for extra crunch. -
Layer
Spread chips on a large platter.
Spoon warm cheese sauce over the top. -
Add toppings
Scatter beans, corn, tomato, onion, and jalapeños evenly. -
Finish
Add dollops of guacamole and salsa.
Garnish with coriander.
