Nacho Platter

🌽 Ingredients (serves 3–4)

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips

  • 1½ cups nacho cheese sauce
    (or vegan cheese sauce)

  • 1 cup cooked black beans or kidney beans

  • ½ cup sweet corn

  • 1 small tomato, diced

  • ½ red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small jalapeño, sliced (optional)

  • ½ cup guacamole or sliced avocado

  • ½ cup salsa

  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander (cilantro)

Optional toppings: olives, bell peppers, spring onions, chili flakes


🍳 Instructions

  1. Warm chips (optional)
    Lightly warm tortilla chips in the oven for extra crunch.

  2. Layer
    Spread chips on a large platter.
    Spoon warm cheese sauce over the top.

  3. Add toppings
    Scatter beans, corn, tomato, onion, and jalapeños evenly.

  4. Finish
    Add dollops of guacamole and salsa.
    Garnish with coriander.
