Ingredients:

½ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

½ cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel)

1 cup reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese blend

12 baked tortilla chips or light corn chips (crushed)

½ cup shredded lettuce

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt or light sour cream (for topping)

Optional: chopped cilantro, green onions, or jalapeños for garnish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a skillet, cook ground turkey and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain if needed.
