Weight Watchers Blueberry Cream Cheese Cobbler
This Weight Watchers version keeps the soul of a blueberry cobbler—warm, bubbly fruit with a lightly sweet, tender topping—while cutting down on fats, sugar, and calories. Instead of a heavy cream cheese base, this version uses a modest amount for creaminess and swaps part of the topping with lighter, zero-point ingredients.
The blueberry filling contains no added sugar and instead uses a sugar-free sweetener to maintain sweetness without adding points. Fresh lemon juice and vanilla create brightness and depth, ensuring the dessert still tastes indulgent and satisfying.
The topping is made with almond flour and a minimal amount of butter, combined with an egg and a low-calorie sweetener. This keeps carbohydrates low but also reduces Weight Watchers points compared to traditional cobbler toppings that use wheat flour, butter, or cream.
Despite being a lighter, point-friendly dessert, this cobbler bakes beautifully, reheats well, and can be served warm on its own or topped with a spoonful of nonfat Greek yogurt for zero additional points. It’s an ideal dessert when you want something sweet without breaking your daily budget.
