Keto-Friendly Chinese Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry
This stir-fry delivers all the bold, savory flavors of a classic Chinese takeout dish without the sugar and starch-heavy sauces. Thinly sliced chicken cooks quickly with cabbage and low-carb vegetables, while a ginger-garlic sauce with coconut aminos or soy sauce adds umami depth.
The cabbage stays slightly crisp, providing texture and fiber, while chicken offers a protein-packed base. This meal is quick to prepare, making it ideal for weeknights or meal prep.
The dish is fully customizable—add bell peppers, mushrooms, or bok choy for variety. Using keto-friendly sauces ensures it stays low-carb and sugar-free, perfect for maintaining ketosis.
It’s a satisfying, one-pan dinner that reheats beautifully, making it convenient for leftovers while still tasting fresh and flavorful.
