Keto Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, Italian sausage, or a mix

  • 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or similar oven-safe bowl.

  2. Cook the meat

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or sausage until browned.

    • Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Assemble the bowl

    • Spread half of the cooked meat evenly in the baking dish.

    • Pour half of the marinara sauce over the meat.

    • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

    • Repeat layers with remaining meat, sauce, and cheeses.

    • Add optional toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, or olives.

  4. Bake

    • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    • Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.

  5. Serve

    • Let rest for 5 minutes before scooping into bowls.

    • Garnish with fresh basil or extra Parmesan if desired.
