Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters
🥣 Ingredients (makes ~8 fritters)

2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

1 large egg

2 tbsp almond flour

2 tbsp mayonnaise or cream cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste

Oil or butter, for frying
🍳 Instructions

Mix everything
In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, egg, almond flour, mayo (or cream cheese), garlic, spices, and salt. -
Shape fritters
Scoop about 2 tbsp of mixture and gently flatten into small patties. -
Cook
Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
Fry fritters for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. -
Drain & serve
Remove and place on paper towel. Serve hot.
