Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters

🥣 Ingredients (makes ~8 fritters)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped or shredded

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp almond flour

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or cream cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Salt, to taste

  • Oil or butter, for frying


🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix everything
    In a bowl, combine chicken, cheese, egg, almond flour, mayo (or cream cheese), garlic, spices, and salt.

  2. Shape fritters
    Scoop about 2 tbsp of mixture and gently flatten into small patties.

  3. Cook
    Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
    Fry fritters for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

  4. Drain & serve
    Remove and place on paper towel. Serve hot.
