Keto Ritz-Style Cracker Party Sandwiches

🥣 Keto Crackers (Ritz alternative)

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups almond flour

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup cold butter (cubed)

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Optional topping: flaky salt or sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly.

  3. Add egg and vinegar; form a dough.

  4. Roll thin between parchment papers.

  5. Cut into small round crackers (poke 1–2 holes like Ritz).

  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.


🧀 Sandwich Fillings (choose one or mix!)

Classic Cheese

  • Cream cheese + pinch of salt

  • Add garlic powder or paprika for flavor

Chicken Salad (Keto)

  • Finely chopped cooked chicken

  • Mayo

  • Salt, pepper, tiny bit of mustard

Tuna Party Spread

  • Tuna + mayo

  • Lemon juice + black pepper
