Sausage Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Keto Sausage Cream Cheese Pinwheels

🥣 Ingredients (serves ~4–6)

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground sausage
    (pork, chicken, or turkey – no added sugar)

  • 4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: chili flakes or paprika


🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat to 190°C / 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Cook sausage
    Cook sausage in a pan until fully browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.

  3. Mix filling
    In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and spices.

  4. Form pinwheels

    • Place mixture on parchment paper

    • Shape into a tight log

    • Roll and smooth evenly

  5. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes until firm and golden.

  6. Slice & serve
    Cool 5 minutes, then slice into pinwheels.
