🥗 Keto Carnivore Chicken Salad

(Strict Carnivore • Zero-Carb Friendly)

🥣 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (thighs preferred, chopped or shredded)

  • ½ cup full-fat mayonnaise (no seed oils if possible)

  • 2 tbsp sour cream or softened cream cheese

  • ½ tsp sea salt (or to taste)

  • ¼ tsp white pepper or black pepper (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp chicken fat or melted butter (optional, for extra richness)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add chicken to a bowl.

  2. Mix mayo and sour cream (or cream cheese) until smooth.

  3. Fold dressing into chicken.

  4. Season with salt (and pepper if using).

  5. Chill 15–20 minutes for best texture and flavor.
