🥖 Easy Keto Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried parsley or oregano

  • Optional: grated parmesan for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella + cream cheese (30-second bursts, stir until smooth).

  3. Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt to form a dough.

  4. Place dough between parchment paper and roll into a flat bread shape.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.

  6. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Brush generously on top.

  7. Sprinkle parmesan (optional) and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
