🥖 Easy Keto Garlic Bread

1½ cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 cup almond flour

1 large egg

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp butter (melted)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried parsley or oregano

Optional: grated parmesan for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella + cream cheese (30-second bursts, stir until smooth).

Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt to form a dough.

Place dough between parchment paper and roll into a flat bread shape.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.

Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Brush generously on top.

Sprinkle parmesan (optional) and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
