π§ Vegan Garlic Naan (No Yeast)
Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

Β½ tsp salt

2 tbsp oil

Β½ cup plain plant-based yogurt (soy or coconut works best)

ΒΌββ cup warm water (as needed)
Garlic Topping

2 tbsp oil or vegan butter
-
2β3 cloves garlic, finely minced

Chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add oil and plant yogurt, mix.

Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough.

Knead 2β3 minutes until smooth.

Cover and rest 20β30 minutes.

Divide dough into balls; roll into oval naan.

Heat a pan on medium-high.

Cook naan 1β2 minutes per side until bubbles and golden spots appear.

Brush hot naan with garlic oil/butter and sprinkle coriander.
