🌱 Vegan Tiramisu Recipe
🧾 Ingredients
Cream layer

1½ cups raw cashews (soaked 4–6 hrs, then drained)

1 cup thick coconut cream (chilled)

½ cup maple syrup or powdered sugar

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp coconut oil (melted, optional but helps set)

½–1 tsp instant coffee powder (optional, for flavor)
Coffee dip

1½ cups strong brewed coffee or espresso (cooled)

1–2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup (optional)
Layers
-
Vegan ladyfingers
or plain vegan biscuits / sponge cake slices
Topping
-
Unsweetened cocoa powder
-
Dark chocolate shavings (optional)

Make the cream:
Blend soaked cashews, coconut cream, sweetener, lemon juice, vanilla, coconut oil, and coffee powder until ultra smooth. -
Prepare coffee dip:
Mix cooled coffee with sweetener. -
Assemble:

Quickly dip biscuits into coffee (don’t soak too long).

Layer biscuits in a dish.

Spread a thick layer of vegan cream.

Repeat layers, finishing with cream on top.

Chill:
Refrigerate at least 4–6 hours (overnight = best). -
Serve:
Dust generously with cocoa powder and add chocolate shavings.
