☕🍮 Vegan Caramel Cold Brew (Creamy, Iced & Dreamy)

Smooth cold brew, rich caramel, and a splash of plant milk—coffee shop vibes at home ✨

🫘 Ingredients

Cold Brew

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee

  • 4 cups cold water

Vegan Caramel Syrup

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp water

  • ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk (or soy cream)

  • 1 tbsp vegan butter (or coconut oil)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

To Serve

  • Ice

  • Plant milk (oat milk = 🔥)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Cold brew: Combine coffee and water. Steep 12–16 hours in the fridge. Strain.

  2. Caramel: Heat sugar + water until amber. Carefully whisk in coconut milk, vegan butter, vanilla, and salt. Simmer 1–2 min until smooth. Cool.

  3. Assemble: Fill a glass with ice. Add cold brew, caramel syrup to taste, and a splash of plant milk. Stir and sip 😌
