Cold Brew

1 cup coarsely ground coffee

4 cups cold water
Vegan Caramel Syrup

2 tbsp water

¼ cup full-fat coconut milk (or soy cream)

🔥 Instructions

Cold brew: Combine coffee and water. Steep 12–16 hours in the fridge. Strain.

Caramel: Heat sugar + water until amber. Carefully whisk in coconut milk, vegan butter, vanilla, and salt. Simmer 1–2 min until smooth. Cool.
