🥕 Ingredients

½ cup all-purpose flour (or GF flour)

½ cup cornstarch

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt
Sesame Sauce

ÂĽ cup soy sauce or tamari

3 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

🔥 Instructions

Prep & coat (optional): Mix coating ingredients. Toss cauliflower in batter.

Bake/Air-fry:

Bake: 220°C (425°F) for 30–35 min, flipping once.

Air-fry: 200°C for 15–18 min, shaking halfway.

Broccoli: Steam or blanch broccoli 2–3 min until bright green; drain well.

Sauce: Simmer soy sauce, sweetener, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thick.
