🍫 Vegan Tofu Chocolate Pudding Pie

Creamy, rich, and secretly healthy—no baking needed!

Serves: 8
Prep time: 15 minutes (+ chilling)


🥧 Crust (choose one)

  • Option 1: 1½ cups crushed vegan chocolate cookies + 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • Option 2: Ready-made vegan pie crust

Press into a 9-inch pie pan and chill.


🍫 Chocolate Pudding Filling

  • 350–400 g silken tofu, drained

  • 200 g dark vegan chocolate, melted

  • ¼ cup maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2–3 tbsp plant milk (only if needed for blending)


🥣 Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate gently and let cool slightly.

  2. Blend tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, cocoa, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness.

  4. Pour filling into prepared crust and smooth the top.

  5. Chill for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) until set.
