🍫🌱 Vegan German Chocolate Loaf Cake
Moist chocolate loaf topped with classic coconut–pecan frosting.

Chocolate Loaf Cake
Ingredients

1½ cups all-purpose flour

¾ cup sugar

¼ cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt

1 cup plant milk (soy/almond)

¼ cup oil
-
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Heat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line a loaf pan.

Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.

Add plant milk, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Mix just until smooth.

Pour into pan and bake 40–45 min (toothpick mostly clean).

Cool completely before frosting.
