Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside — this simple cabbage recipe is budget-friendly, filling, and surprisingly satisfying. Perfect as a meatless main dish or hearty side!
500 g (about 4 cups) green cabbage, finely shredded
2 medium onions, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 large eggs
4 tablespoons (60 g) all-purpose flour

Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Scoop about ¼ cup of mixture per fritter into the pan. Flatten gently with a spatula.
