  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or milk (for brushing)

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Silicone liner or parchment paper

Instructions

1. Make the Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt.

Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Use your hands to gently knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
If the dough feels sticky, sprinkle in a little more flour.

2. Shape the Bread

Shape into:

  • 1 small round loaf
    or
  • 4–6 small rolls

Brush the top lightly with melted butter or milk for a golden finish.

Optional: sprinkle herbs or sesame seeds on top.

3. Prepare the Air Fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 160°C / 320°F for 3 minutes.

Line the basket with parchment paper or a silicone liner.

4. Air Fry

Place the dough into the basket, leaving room for expansion.

Cook at 160°C / 320°F for:

Flip halfway through if your air fryer browns unevenly.
