Ingredients
For the Steak
- 500 g flank steak, ribeye, or sirloin (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
For the Creamy Jalapeño Popper Filling
- 200 g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 fresh jalapeños, finely diced
- 3 strips beef or turkey bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Wraps
Choose one:
- Large romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves
or - Keto tortillas / low-carb wraps

- Avocado slices
- Pickled jalapeños
- Extra cheddar
- Hot sauce
- Cilantro
- Lime wedges
Step 1: Prepare the Jalapeño Popper Filling
In a bowl combine:
- Cream cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Jalapeños
- Crumbled bacon
- Garlic
- Sour cream
- Mayonnaise
- Chives
Mix until creamy and evenly combined.
Taste and adjust:
- More jalapeño for extra heat
- More cheddar for richness
- Salt and pepper as needed
Refrigerate while cooking steak.
Step 2: Season the Steak
Pat steak dry.

Roll tightly.
