- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (adjust carefully)
- ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional but excellent)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

- add reserved pasta water a little at a time
