Chicken

Pasta

  • 12 oz (340g) linguine
  • Water for boiling

Creamy Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust carefully)
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional but excellent)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Step 1: Cook the Pasta
