  • 1½ lbs (700g) sirloin steak, flank steak, or lean beef cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Creamy Mediterranean Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 roasted red bell pepper
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Step 1: Prepare the Beef

Cut beef into:
