- 1½ lbs (700g) sirloin steak, flank steak, or lean beef cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Juice of ½ lemon
Creamy Mediterranean Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 roasted red bell pepper
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper to taste

Step 1: Prepare the Beef
Cut beef into:
- bite-sized cubes or strips
Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
