Vegan Air-Fried Potato Patties
Crispy outside, soft inside—these oil-light air-fried potato patties are perfect for snacks, burgers, or wraps.
📝 Ingredients

2 cups boiled potatoes (mashed, cooled)

2 tbsp cornflour / cornstarch

2 tbsp breadcrumbs (or oat flour)

1 small onion, very finely chopped (optional)

1–2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)

2 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped

½ tsp cumin powder

½ tsp paprika or chili powder

Salt, to taste

1–2 tsp oil (for brushing)

Mix: In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cornflour, breadcrumbs, onion, chilies, coriander, spices, and salt. Mix until firm.

Shape: Divide and shape into flat patties.

Preheat: Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 3–5 minutes.

Air-fry: Lightly brush patties with oil. Place in the basket in a single layer.

Cook: Air-fry for 10 minutes, flip, then cook 8–10 minutes more until golden and crisp.

Serve: Rest 2 minutes, then serve hot.
