  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pork Chops

Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.

Rub both sides with:

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Let sit for:

  • 10–15 minutes

2. Make the Foil Packets

  • Tear 2 large sheets of aluminum foil.
  • Place one pork chop in the center of each sheet.

Top each chop with:

  • 1 tbsp butter

Fold and seal foil tightly into packets.


3. Preheat the Air Fryer

Preheat to:

Cooking time depends on thickness.

For thicker pork chops:

  • Add 3–5 extra minutes

Internal temperature should reach:

  • 63°C / 145°F

Then rest for 3 minutes before serving.

For browned edges:

  • Carefully open the foil packets.
  • Air fry uncovered for:
    • 2–3 more minutes
