Ingredients:
1 rack pork ribs (cut into sections to fit your air fryer)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: BBQ sauce for brushing
Instructions:
Pat ribs dry and rub with olive oil.
Mix spices, sugar, and vinegar into a paste. Coat ribs generously.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 mins, flipping halfway.
Brush with BBQ sauce in the last 5 mins if you like it sticky.
Rest for 5 mins before serving—juices stay locked in!
