Ingredients
Potatoes
- 3 large russet potatoes (or 4 medium)
Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or 1 tablespoon for lighter version)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Step 1 — Prep Potatoes
Wash potatoes well.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3–4 wedges.

Drain and pat completely dry.

Step 4 — Air Fry
Place wedges in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Do not overcrowd (cook in batches if needed).
Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 15–20 minutes.
Shake basket halfway through.
Wedges are done when:
- golden brown outside
- tender inside
- edges slightly crisp
Step 5 — Finish & Serve
