Air fryer steak fajitas

✨️You will need✨️
1 pound steak, I used NY Strip, cut into strips
▢1 poblano pepper, cut into strips
▢1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
▢½ yellow onion, sliced
▢Juice of 1 lime
▢1 tablespoon olive oil
▢1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
▢2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, chopped
▢½ teaspoon garlic salt
✨️What to do✨️
□Add the steak strips, half the olive oil, half the fajita seasoning, garlic salt and lime to a mixing bowl.
□Toss until well combined, then allow to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
□Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
□Add the sliced red bell pepper, poblano pepper and yellow onion to a mixing bowl
□Add the remaining olive oil and fajita seasoning over the top.
□Toss to combine, then pour them into your air fryer basket and air fry for 7 minutes.
□Shake the basket, then add in the marinated steak strips, then air fry for another 7-9 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your liking.
□Serve with a squeeze of lime and chopped cilantro over the top.
