Keto Banana Strawberry Cream Protein Chaffles

Sweet • High-Protein • WW-Friendly

🧾 Ingredients (2 chaffles)

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ cup low-fat or full-fat cottage cheese (blended smooth)

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or mild cheese

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (low-carb / keto-friendly)

  • ½ tsp banana extract (no real banana)

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

Strawberry Cream Topping (optional):

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream or Greek yogurt

  • 2–3 tbsp chopped fresh strawberries (very small amount)

  • Sweetener to taste


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

  2. Mix batter: Add egg, protein powder, banana extract, baking powder, salt, and cheese. Stir well.

  3. Cook:

    • Preheat mini waffle maker

    • Lightly grease

    • Cook batter until golden and crisp (3–4 minutes)
