How to Make Cauliflower Steaks

Prep the cauliflower
Remove the outer leaves. Trim the stem just enough so the cauliflower sits flat, but keep it intact. -
Slice into steaks
Cut the cauliflower straight down the middle, then slice each half into ¾–1 inch thick “steaks.” (You’ll get 2–4 good steaks; save extra florets for roasting.) -
