Ingredients

Biscuit Dough

  • 1/3 cup light butter, melted (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Cheese Filling

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (reduced-fat preferred)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)

Garlic Herb Butter

  • 2 tablespoons light butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tbsp fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 1 — Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2 — Make Dough

  • salt

Add:

  • Greek yogurt
  • melted butter

Stir until dough forms.

If sticky, add a little flour. If dry, add 1–2 tablespoons yogurt.

In a small bowl combine:

  • cream cheese

Divide dough into 10 equal portions.

Fold dough around filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.

Roll gently into a ball.

Place seam-side down on baking tray.

Step 5 — Bake

Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.

Biscuits should be puffed and lightly crisp on top.

Step 6 — Garlic Herb Finish

While warm, brush biscuits with garlic herb butter.

Sprinkle extra parsley if desired.
