Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (halved)
  • ½ cup celery (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup red onion (optional, finely chopped)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch

Instructions

  1. Prep: Cook and cool your chicken (rotisserie works great for convenience).
  2. Mix base: In a bowl, combine mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine: Add chicken, grapes, celery, onion, and nuts if using.
  4. Toss: Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
