Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (pounded thin)
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup cream
1 tbsp flour
Cooked buttered noodles
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in butter + oil until golden; remove.
In the same pan, sauté mushrooms, sprinkle flour, and cook 1 minute.
Add broth + cream and simmer until slightly thick.
Return chicken and coat in sauce.
Serve over buttered noodles.
