🍨 Keto Creamy High-Protein Dessert Cups

No-Bake • Low-Carb • Meal-Prep Friendly

🥣 Ingredients (Makes 4 cups)

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (or strained yogurt for lower carbs)

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 scoop keto-friendly protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

  • 3–4 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (to taste)

  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.

  3. Mix until thick and creamy.

  4. Slowly fold in heavy cream until fluffy.

  5. Spoon into small cups or jars.

  6. Chill 30–60 minutes before serving.
