High-Protein 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips
Crunchy, cheesy, low-carb pizza chips with high protein and almost no prep. Great for snacking, meal prep, or dipping.
Ingredients (1–2 servings)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–24 slices turkey pepperoni or regular pepperoni
Optional Add-Ons
These keep the “2-ingredient” base while boosting flavor:
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Crushed red pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Pizza sauce for dipping
- Ranch or Greek yogurt dip
Equipment

Oven Method
Step 1: Preheat
Preheat oven to:
- 400°F (200°C)
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2: Form the Chips
Place small piles of mozzarella cheese on the tray:
- About 1 tablespoon each
- Leave space between them
Flatten slightly into circles.
Top each cheese pile with:
- 1 slice pepperoni
Optional:
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning or garlic powder.
Step 3: Bake
Bake for:
- 7–10 minutes
Watch carefully near the end.
They are ready when:
- Edges are deep golden brown
- Cheese is bubbling and crisp
Step 4: Cool
Let chips cool for:
- 5 minutes
They crisp up as they cool.
Air Fryer Method
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to:
- 375°F (190°C)
Place cheese mounds in air fryer basket on parchment liner.
Top with pepperoni.
Cook:
- 5–7 minutes
Cool before serving.
