🍫 Vegan Homemade Energy Bars (No-Bake)
Ingredients

1½ cups rolled oats

½ cup peanut butter or almond butter

⅓ cup maple syrup or date syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts)

¼ cup dried fruit (dates, raisins, cranberries)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a bowl, mix oats, seeds, nuts, dried fruit, and salt.

Add peanut butter, syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla.

Mix until well combined and sticky.

Press mixture firmly into a lined pan.

Chill in fridge 1–2 hours.

Cut into bars and enjoy 💪
Tips

Press very firmly for bars that don’t crumble.

For chocolate flavor, add 2 tbsp cocoa powder 🍫

Store in fridge up to 1 week, freezer up to 1 month.
