¼ cup mayonnaise (sugar-free)

1 tablespoon dill pickle relish, finely chopped

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

½ teaspoon white vinegar

½ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

Sweetener to taste (erythritol or monk fruit, optional)
Toppings

2 slices American or cheddar cheese

Dill pickle slices

Shredded iceberg lettuce

Finely diced onion (very small amount for keto)
Instructions
1. Make the Chaffles

Preheat waffle maker.

In a bowl, whisk eggs.

Stir in mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Lightly grease waffle iron.

Pour batter in (don’t overfill).

Cook 3–5 minutes until golden and crisp.

Set aside and repeat. You should have 4 chaffles total.
Tip: Let chaffles cool slightly to firm up.
2. Cook the Burger Patties

Divide ground beef into 4 thin patties.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook patties 2–3 minutes per side until browned.

Add cheese slices on top and let melt.
3. Make the Big Mac Sauce

Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Taste and adjust seasoning or sweetness.
4. Assemble

Place one chaffle on a plate.

Spread Big Mac sauce on chaffle.

Add lettuce, onion, pickles.

Add one cheeseburger patty.

Add another chaffle.
-
Repeat layers with sauce, lettuce, pickles, and second patty.

Top with final chaffle.
