Glaze

½ cup powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener

2–3 tbsp heavy cream (or almond milk)

½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a donut pan. -
Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. -
Mix wet ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. -
Combine

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

Mix until a thick, smooth batter forms.

Fill donut pan

Spoon or pipe batter into donut cavities, filling about ¾ full.
