Keto Strawberry Cream Cheese Cookies
Ingredients (Makes about 12 cookies)
Wet ingredients:
-
4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened
-
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
-
⅓ cup granulated keto sweetener (erythritol, allulose, or monk fruit blend)
-
1 large egg
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:
-
1 ½ cups almond flour
-
1 tbsp coconut flour (for texture)
-
½ tsp baking powder
-
Pinch of salt
Add-ins:
-
⅓ cup diced fresh strawberries (pat dry to remove moisture)
-
Optional: 1–2 tbsp sugar-free white chocolate chips or chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven:
Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Mix wet ingredients:
In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, butter, and sweetener until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. -
Combine dry ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until a soft dough forms. -
Add strawberries:
Gently fold in the diced strawberries (and white chocolate chips if using). Chill the dough for 15–20 minutes — this helps keep the cookies from spreading too much. -
Shape and bake:
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening slightly. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. -
Cool completely:
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack — they’ll firm up as they cool.
These keto strawberry cream cheese cookies are the perfect marriage of soft, creamy, and fruity. The dough bakes into a tender, melt-in-your-mouth cookie with a rich buttery base balanced by the tangy sweetness of cream cheese. Each bite reveals pockets of fresh strawberry that add natural flavor without the sugar spike.
The aroma that fills your kitchen while baking is irresistible — buttery, sweet, and reminiscent of strawberry cheesecake. The cream cheese keeps the texture moist and slightly chewy, giving the cookies a luxurious, almost truffle-like mouthfeel. With their golden edges and pale, pink-speckled centers, these cookies look as lovely as they taste.
What makes them truly special is how indulgent they feel while being completely keto-friendly. No refined sugar, no grains — just wholesome, low-carb ingredients that make your sweet tooth happy without breaking ketosis. Whether enjoyed warm with tea or chilled from the fridge, these cookies are a guilt-free delight you’ll want to make again and again.
