The creamy garlic chicken is luxuriously rich — tender bites of chicken are bathed in a velvety garlic sauce made with butter, Parmesan, and cream. Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly.

  3. Add Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens and turns creamy.

  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
