Easy to make and delicious, they will surely be a hit at any gathering or as a fun meal for the family.

Ingredients:

1 can of croissant dough
10 slices of pepperoni
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Open the can of croissant dough and lay it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place one slice of pepperoni on each croissant triangle and top with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Roll up each croissant, making sure the cheese and pepperoni stay inside.
In a small bowl, mix the grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and oregano.
Brush the tops of the croissants with olive oil, then sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each roll.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Enjoy your Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls.
