White Chocolate Mixture

  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup natural creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • 3 tbsp honey or sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds or pistachios
  • Orange zest for brightness

Instructions

1. Prepare Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl combine:

  • oats
  • puffed rice cereal
  • cranberries
  • chia seeds
  • flaxseed
  • salt
  • optional nuts/coconut if using

Mix well.

2. Melt the White Chocolate Mixture

In a small saucepan over low heat (or microwave in short bursts), combine:

  • white chocolate chips
  • nut butter
  • honey/syrup

3. Combine

5. Chill
