Whisk all sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
Instructions
1. Prepare the vegetables

2. Cook until crispy
Oven Method

Air Fryer Method

Arrange florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
3. Sauce and serve

Transfer hot vegetables to a clean bowl.

Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and toss gently to coat.
