📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked 4–6 hours, then drained)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

  • 1–2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt, to taste

For rolling (optional but recommended):

  • Extra chopped dill

  • Chopped pickles

  • Crushed nuts or breadcrumbs
