This WW-friendly version delivers all the rich, velvety satisfaction of the classic shake, thanks to a frozen banana base that blends into something unbelievably smooth. It tastes like dessert but fuels like a smart snack, and it’s perfect when cravings hit or you want something sweet, cold, and guilt-free.


Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 frozen banana (sliced before freezing for easier blending)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or skim milk)

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, or zero-point sweetener)


Instructions

  1. Blend the base
    Add the frozen banana and milk to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Add cocoa powder and vanilla. Blend again until fully mixed, thick, and milkshake-like.
